About us

Our Farm

At Valley Farms nm, everything we offer is grown and raised with purpose, passion, and attention to detail. We don’t cut corners — we take the extra step to ensure that everything we sell reflects the highest quality and care.

Our pasture-raised chickens roam freely from sunrise to sunset and enjoy a well-rounded, nutrient-rich diet of greens and grains. Happy hens lay better eggs, and you’ll taste the difference in every dozen.

Our flowers are grown in living soil, enriched with organic matter sourced right from our farm or other trusted local farms. From May through November, we grow a wide variety of specialty cut flowers — from beloved staples like sunflowers, zinnias, and cosmos to unique, heirloom varieties that make our bouquets stand out.

We’re not just selling eggs and flowers — we’re offering a piece of the farm, grown with love and intention. That’s what makes Valley Farms different.

Our Story

Hi! My name is Natalie, I am the youngest four kids. My parents bought our farm in 1988 and this is our story.

Some of my earliest memories are in my mom’s green house (see picture below). She grew and sold whole sale herbs to local nurseries for several years and was very good at it! Although my mom closed her business she continued to grow and of course have a flock of chickens.

I graduated at NMSU in 2019 and I always knew I wanted to own my own business and create something beautiful! Out of it, came Valley Farms New Mexico a dream my mom and I made reality.

Growing has taken loads of hard work but has been worth every minute and is truly a labor of love. We are proud to sell flowers that are locally grown on our family farm. They are artfully arranged for deliveries in Las Cruces and El Paso and at your local farmers market.

1991 our fist Green house built by Dad and Grandpa. It grew 3x that size that same year.
